I really liked these for the first year. After that started to see some rust and now we are 2 1/1 years in and they are toast on the bottom from all the rust and now they are leaving marks on our patio;(
Rusting chairs
I purchased 4 chairs and all of them developed rust on the legs and arms in less than one year of time and on the screws that hold the chair together. They have a three year warranty that does not cover rust or at least that is what I was told when I called the number. I was told that if the chair breaks as a result of the rust then it would be covered. It seems kinda risky since someone could get hurt when the chair breaks but that is their policy.
