Flimsy cutter but good smoother. I like a more strong and sturdy cutting tool. Still works for light projects but not if you much pressure to cut.

The smoothing tool worked better than expect. Worth the money! It smoothed amazingly and quickly! I did not use the knife, I just used scissors to cut the paper but we were framing the area so the cuts did not need to be as precise.
