Hardware missing

I purchased the A&R closet kit, but needed to purchase 2 extra closet rods for my space. I, along with 4 other Lowes employees searched all the individually sold closet rods they had in stock and NONE had the hardware included as the packaging states. Really disappointed as the other single rods sold are different from the A&R ones. All the employees were SUPER kind and helpful -as much as they were able. They even gave me a discount on my purchase because the pieces were missing.

Hardware is included but not easy to find

The rod is sturdy and of course easy to use. However, they do not package the hardware with it, it is a separate bag that is often lost or separated and not provided with the rod. Packaging could use improvement. I ordered online and picked up in a store not local to me, when I realized I didn’t get the hardware, I went to my local store and they pulled it from a new shipping box and had to damage out the bars. Seems like the company would save money if they would spend a little more to package ...

Sturdy, doesn’t scratch

I like that it’s extendable and well made. Sturdy. I wish it came with Rod caps for when you don’t use it wall to wall. Also wish it had something to smooth over where the rod extends as my hangers get caught on it. I would also prefer a 72-inch option as the Allen + Roth shelves come in that size so not sure why the rods only go up to 60in. No noticeable scratching though even after 3 years of use with my previous closet so I have few complaints about it.

Easy to install, but don't forget the hardware pkg

Product comes with hardware, but the way it's displayed and packaged, you'll forget or the picker who picks your mobile order may miss grabbing the hardware that you need to install the rod. The hardware is included, but again, packaged separately, so it's easy to miss. In terms of the product itself. It's easy to install. Functions as expected.

Not as easy to install as anticipated

I purchased 2 of these for their closet system. In both cases, the self tapping screw holes in the poles were much too small, so the pole holes had to be drilled out to make them work. Also, the warning stickers on the poles don't peal off, so it takes quite an effort to remove them and clean the poles. Wood poles would be just as easy to deal with.

50/50 review on this item

I love the way this looks in my closet but my goodness I'm so aggravated with being unable to find parts I need. We started by purchasing the longer vented shelf and then couldn't find the expandable rod to fit under the longer shelf. Then to make the item work in closet we went with shorter shelf (the smaller rod we could find) now the issue is finding the end caps for the rod. We aren't mounting the rod to the walls (too short for the distance) and now the hangars can slide off the ends bec...

Closet Rod Incompatible with Allen+Roth 72 in Self

Someone else already left a review about the insufficient length of these rods, but I figure I will add another review because its still a problem. For some reason Allen+Roth decided it was a good idea to make a 72 in self but only a 60 in rod. Since they also use a smaller 1" closet rod, you cant use other brands closet rods.

Quality adjustable clothes bar

I was building custom shelves for my closet as the old white wire shelving collapsed. I found 3 very nice bars in a nice finish that I was going to end up wasting 1/2 of the product dye to my dimensions. They were 25 dollars a piece and I needed three. I was about to give up when my wife found these. They are completely adjustable with a decent finish on them. It is gray paint but it feels and looks like a good powder coat. Ok handle but screw mismatched

The product is decent but the screw is mismatched I had to find my spare screws to match it and screw in for the handle I recommend don't put overweight because it can break easily

No hardware

I have gone to 2 stores and ordered 2 of these online (total of 6 bars). Only 1 had the hardware. All of them have to be returned. Customer service at one of the stores told me to go with another option. Such a shame.
