The tub did not come with the special drain pipe that is needed to install it, despite the fact that it is listed as one of the parts that comes with the tub. This is going to delay my project a lot. I don't even know how to get that part now. Very frustrating. I am now going to have to waste my time trying to figure it out.

The tub quality is not worth its' price
I have had two of these tubs delivered to my house, but both had to be returned due to cracks in the tub. I have one being delivered today and hope this will come without any defects. Due to the lack of quality I have been waiting almost 1 month for a new tub (without defects) to be installed by my plumber...costing me countless amounts of money, along with living in an environment of construction...
