What Customers Are Saying
The patio furniture set is generally well-received, with customers praising its comfortable seating and attractive design. The cushions are noted as particularly comfortable, and the combination of materials creates a visually appealing look. However, some customers experienced issues with the assembly process, such as unclear instructions and missing or misaligned parts. Additionally, a few reviews mentioned concerns about the quality of the hardware and felt the set was overpriced. Overall, the set seems to offer a good balance of quality, style, and value, though the assembly process may present some challenges.

We loved this set and picked it out due to its apparent durability and comfort. This set arrived with 3 of the right-hand arms for the rocker. Lowe’s proceeded to tell me the only possibly option was for us to take the rest of the pieces apart and return to store for “only” a refund, because apparently we purchased the last possible unit in the area. How I’m supposed to get the product back to the store is un-noted, as I opted for delivery for a reason. I highly recommend not buying anything ...
Extremely well packaged!
The item arrived on time and was extremely well packaged. I would say it took almost as much time to unwrap everything as it did to assemble, lol. Well built and love the metal/wicker combination. The seat cushions were much more comfortable on the display models in the store but maybe they need to get some use to soften up. Overall, satisfied with the product.
Thanks for your comments and have a nice day.
Worth it!
So comfy and deep seats perfect for even tall people! Easy to put together and we even switched one of the rockers to a chair so that we could make the bench a rocker just like in the store! Great buy!

Hi, thanks for purchasing our product and your 5-star review. Have a nice day~
Easy, comfortable, and simple to assemble.
Very comfortable, easy setup, issue wasn’t the outdoor furniture… it was the customer service, worst treatment ever, just wanted a price match and was told that couldn’t be done as we bought it from a different Lowes.

Cheap!
Don’t know where to begin. I thought Allen+Roth was the higher end Lowes brand. Apparently not. Within two weeks the cushions have flattened, and the slide all over the place on the frames. It reeks of cheapness… for $700?

Poor quality
Cheaply made, guide holes in lover seat frame did not align with assembly points. Drilling out of the frame in 2 places on the couch was necessary. Bolt bent after assembly because of poor orientation of assembly point. Please stop choosing low cost China suppliers. Set was delivered un-assembled even though I paid for assembly.

Good quality and easy assembly
I love this set. It is sturdy yet comfortable and the neutral color coordinates nicely. I assembled it myself with ease. Be careful to look carefully at the diagram and not to tighten the screws until all parts are assembled as other reviews have remarked. All parts fit together easily if you do this. Very satisfied.

Very poor quality not worth price!
Horrible quality not worth the price! Returned 2 days after purchased. Began to assemble chairs and all the screws were cheap and continued to strip and were screwing unevenly. Unable to disassemble and returned the whole set.

Overall, this is a good buy.
I did not like the design decisions for the screws to put the chairs and love seat together. It would be better to leave some more room so a cordless screwdriver could fit more easily.

NO STRINGS TO HOLD UP COUSHIONS IN PLACE
WE REALLY LIKE THE WICKER SET, ONLY PROBLEM IS EVERYTIME THE WIND BLOWS IT BLOWS THE COUSHIONS DOWN, NEEDS SOME SORT OF STRING OR FABRIC SEWN TO THE COUSHION TO TIE THE CORNERS TO THE CHAIR FRAME.
