Best stain and odor blocker ever!

This really, really works for very bad odors. No kidding. I purchased a mobile home with 25 year plus imbedded smoke and cat urine odors. Carpet and carpet pad was a total loss and stinky stinky, we tore all of it out. But even the sub floor had odor and stains, also walls. I was advised by my contractor (who had a decade of experience rennovating mobile homes) to paint the subfloor, wall and ceilings with two coats of this product and two coats of paint for the walls. Probably worth the ridiculous price

I am remodeling a home where the previous, elderly owner had 3 large dogs that apparently peed everywhere. We ripped out the carpet and even some of the hardwood flooring but the pee had gotten to the otherwise undamaged subfloor...nearly 2000 square feet of it... We washed and washed and tried several products to eliminate the smell but finally gave up and, on a recommendation, bought this stuff. One coat. Now the subfloor looks clean and the smell is GONE! Great Product

Had to seal my floors to seal the floors from pet urine. Was told that this would do a better job than oil base Kiltz because it was a shellac base formula. Plus, the water base Bin primer would be a lower odor primer than Kitlz and clean up was easier. The Bin primer went on easy and when dried, did not have the strong smell of Kitz oil base. Had to special order this. Lowes should consider adding this to their line up.

I bought this primer specifically because I mobile home that I purchased had heavy nicotine and smoke stains from the previous owner. The place smelled terrible and everything was yellow. After thoroughly cleaning the entire interior of the mobile home I primed the whole thing with the bin primer.
