Not to use Lowe's contractor NJA Remodeling.

The Lowe's contractor NJA Remodeling's cancelled my installation at the last minute so this item wasn't used and my $8000+ order was cancelled. Apparently Lowe's hires inferior contractors that have no customer courtesy and Lowe's isn't concerned about this issue and losing a $8000+ order. Idk who picked this item up and idk who is going to return it and it is not my concern

Zip tape flange sealer

This tape installed quickly over my window and door nailing flange.

buy 90' roll

the 90' doesn't/ didn't come up in on-line search making you select the much more expensive 30' roll, even though the 90' was in stock, in store.

Flashing tape

Great adhesions, seals up around windows very effectively.

Worth every penny!

This stuff is awesome! I was able to stretch it across its width a solid two+” each way, even around the corners from sill to jamb! One continuous piece, no overlapping, no more fitting in pieces of flashing/ice&water shield and praying it doesn’t leak. It’s pricey of course but not as much as it costs to replace sills or studs.
