Once the Canopy was "UP", it was what was expected. It DEFINITELY needed better instructions and larger close-up pictures enclosed. Getting a third person to help was also the key to success.

10X10 = 64 square feet???

I was in a hurry, saw 10 feet X 10 feet and bought 2. when I picked them up I thought they seemed smaller than others of same brand I previously owned. Put the first one up then noticed the slanted legs. The corners of the legs are 10 feet apart but the covering measures 8 feet on each side!! I should have paid closer attention given the constant trickery of off shore manufacturing. I guess I'll just have my guests all lean lnward???

No tie-down strings included otherwise, wud be a 5

Overall, a good buy, but unlike our last canopy (price new, 2 yrs ago, was $69) this one doesn't have tie-down strings which would be very helpful up on our windy hill or at the beach. We took them off the old one and are reusing on this one, but it's not as convenient since there's no specific place to tie them to the frame.
