Looks like I received a shelf/display item

Tumbler did not have a plastic bag covering it. It only had one bubble wrap on one side of the box so it was clinking around in the box. There was a very noticeable scratch on the side of tumbler and it was dusty like it sat on the shelf a while. Hope there’s no problem with the double wall insulation.
