Horrible MANAGER !!!!!!!

Lowe's store is RUDE & UNRELIABLE. I called customer service 3 times to make sure my FREE ASSEMBLY was on my order they said yes. I came to my house on a skid & in a BIG BOX. I called store 0760 & customer service gave my info to the manager RYAN. He called me back & said he will send someone out to set up my snow blower. He has NOT called or send someone to set it up. I am thinking of have them come & get it.

Look it over with a fine tooth comb for damage

Would Not Recommend

Product was damaged soon arrival. I did not notice it until I started putting it together. Flywheel was crushed, spent at least 30 mins fixing it so I could pull start the snowblower. Left handle was all scratched up. Box cover was not damaged, which took me off my guard to look for damaged areas.
