Terrible customer service and missing hardware
Waited nearly a week for delivery. Upon delivery (late), it was discovered that one of the boxes was missing all of the hardware. In fact, the box was recapped and the pieces placed back in but not bundled back together. So if this came from supplier, poor quality assurance before resending, I called Lowe’s, and was told sorry but this sent from manufacturer… call them. I emailed them because the phone number listed was like to a cell phone which the voicemail box was full. I got an email ass...
