I like the size and the construction of the sectional. Very easy to move around and lots of seating. I think the directions were very well written and it was easy to assemble if you have done something like this before and read the entire set of directions before you start. Nice and Comfortable
It's beautiful and comfortable. Took a few days to put together, but that was expected, as I did 1-2 pieces per day. A cushion cover was torn and 3 Lowe's contacts knew nothing about getting a replacement. Lowe's said I needed to bring the whole thing back because it was ordered online! I direct emailed the Rattan company, as their phone number didn't work, waited a few days for a response, and a new cover arrived in the mail!. A Very Nice, Well Made, Piece of Furniture.
We received this in two very well packaged boxes, no issues with anything inside. All the pieces were included, along with some extra hardware just in case. This did take some time to put together, but overall not too bad and well worth it. I did it myself and the whole couch along with the coffee table probably took me about 4-5 hours overall.
