This is the second time these replacement filters produced terrible tasting water. Tastes like nasty chemicals. We keep running the water hoping it'll clear up. Will discontinue buying this system. Something has changed in the quality.

Works GREAT however mfg stopped making/selling
Been using these Whirlpool filters for about 10-years, Whirlpool has stopped making and selling them directly, when searching their site no results found and CS when I called confirmed this. Lowes who has inventory on-hand has increased price substantially, I used to buy these replacements for $52 at Lowes and elsewhere
