Terrible manufacturing , no good

The treads to take off the bowl were cut way to tight. I was afraid I would brake the wrench that came with it. There would be no way to assure the right pressure to close the seal. I tried to contact Whirlpool, but it looks like it sold the filter manufacturer to a new company. Never seen any type of plumbing fixtures with this tight fit of threads. A great well built product

This product is very well made compared to others. The plastic is very thick and strong which I know will last a very long time, plus the metal support bracket is very strong as well. It will not bend one bit, and lastly the threaded insert is metal unlike others that are plastic, metal is much stronger and less prone to leak when installed correctly. Installed yesterday

This filter although big and bulky was easy to install and it magically cleared up the sediment that was visible in the water coming in the house. Very happy with this purchase.

Look for return tags

Ordered this online in florida, I was shipped a returned item that had the return tags on it and was damaged inside. Terrible way to take care of customers. My plumber went to do the install and stopped, showing me the damage. This put me back another week for the install and more out of pocket money.
