We read thru the reviews prior to purchasing, mostly bad reviews, but most of them seem to be technology related, codes and issues like that. I am very tech savvy and can diagnose codes easily with research on the web. During the setup process of our machines, I had 1 error code that was solved by doing a hard reset. We purchased 2 of these for a multi family complex and installed a credit card only reader (no cash). They went online in December 2024 and less than a year later have already paid ...

I have purchased about 15 of these units for use in various Fire Stations. we have had great luck with them and have had some for about a year now. These units are being run multiple cycles a day. we haven't had any issues. Heavy duty and space saving.

Broken from new

This was a huge let down spend lots of money and get busted machine that does not work out of box had rapair guy come and still broken try to call someone at lowes and cant get ahold of a human glad I purchased 2 sets

"Out of order" & haven't even used the dryer yet

This brand new, very expensive machine started right out with an error code. Like seriously, I've never even had the chance to use the dryer because it came already broken. Lowe's couldn't help and referred me to the manufacturer. Luckily, all parts and labor are covered under warranty, but now I am stuck waiting several weeks while a new computer interface is ordered and then installed. Meanwhile, at my new barbershop we are having to wash towels and capes and take them home to complete the...
