Lowes ruined the delivery experience

Lowes people refused to hook up the gas line leading to the dryer, despite it being advertised as full hook up. The "recommended items" that they sent along with the item don't even fit. The vent line and the gas hookup are too big, meaning I now have to take them back to lowes myself, and buy the correct size. Overall, a very poor experience with Lowes and their team. Works fine, but...

The machine works fine, but if you have to switch the opening door, you have to find a private technician and spend more money because the manufacturer and Lowes doesn’t do it.

Good & bad

Works well, stands up to heavy use. six weeks lead time is excessive and Lowe’s delivery sucks.

Poor installation team

Dryer is fine. Lowe's installation team was not. They refused to hook up our machines, or haul the old ones away, even though we paid them to do so.

With a famly of 6 we would have to run the dryer two times to get close dry. With this dry no need to. My wife loves it.

Not good for commercial use

This dryer lint vent has to be cleaned every 30 minutes otherwise it does not work properly.

This machine works perfectly for use in our manufacturing facility. Very pleased

False advertising

This appliance is being sold as "coin-operated." IT DOES NOT ACCEPT COINS! The owners' manual includes instructions for installing a coin box which is not included. A phone call to the manufacturer was time wasted. They could not/would not tell me how I could get the necessary part. Instead they gave me the name and number of a third party who could not be bothering to answer the phone or return my message.
