Purchased only 2 years ago ond the motherboard electronics have gone bad, other users online reporting the same issues and cannot be corrected by reset. For a product only 2 years and already failed this is definitely not a product to buy, do not buy this Whirlpool product.

Too soon to say but I like it so far.

So far so good, it does ok. I am a little nervous about the control board issues I've seen in earlier reviews. Hopefully this is not the case for me. The delivery was on point and professional. So for Lowe's service 5 stars, cannot complain. But for the device it is nice and does well for now. I cannot confirm or deny at this time how I feel about the longevity of the unit which is why I placed 3 stars. However, it is nice, I love the upper rack, and after a month it has washed 3 loads well.
