The fiberglass was broken. Wish I noticed before lugging it home. Now waiting another month for a replacement and the have to lug the old old back to the store and swap for new one (hopefully not broken)

Big, heavy, and extremely stable.
It was the most stable ladder that I have ever owned; but it's also the heaviest. Feels heavier than the specified weight.

Unbelievably Sturdy!
A game changer! I’m not a fan of ladders but this is incredibly sturdy and steady. The extra 2’ over a normal 6’ ladder, and the podium is a great design. It’s a little heavy given its size (understandably), but I was able to move it around myself. I’m a 59 yo woman.
