Excellent Quality

Easy to Use
The glidesafe feature makes extending the ladder much easier to use than my older extension ladders. I would have preferred an aluminum ladder for the lighter weight, but the fiberglass feels much sturdier, and cost quite a bit less. Other than that, it's a ladder and does what it's supposed to do.

Pulley Broke on first use

Twisted ladder
Less than a year after purchase the ladder has twisted 4 inches. Feet are square to the building but the top is not. Very disappointed

Two person ladder
Very stable at 24 feet. Moreso than telescoping ladder. With this comes weight, so more difficult to store. This is a two person ladder.
