Cracked when picked up
Make sure you inspect anything that comes from the manufacturer. Ours arrived VISIBLY damaged and it was obvious that no employee had inspected the ladder before we picked it up. And this was after we had waited over a month for it to arrive.

Tuff, right size for the job
Well made and tall enough for our three story doubles in Buffalo NY. What I don't like but I know can't be changed it the weight of this size ladder, this is a beast for one person to set up so two would be reconmended.

Perfect Size
I downsized my business and my work van - I went from a Dodge Sprinter 2500 to Ford Transit Connect. This ladder is the perfect size to fit on my roof rack. This is a 1AA rated ladder, 375 lbs, I like the solid feel and quality of these heavy duty ladders. Actually, this is how fibrglass ladders were made when they first came out - then they produced the lighter, home-duty version. Spend the extra money and get this solid workhorse - it will likely last you forever.
