Terrible customer service
I ordered it over 1 month ago. No updates on the order until 3 days before expected delivery date. Of course the order is not there on time. I tried to reach customer service to find out when it would arrive: I was told they would find out and call me back within 20 minutes but of course there was no call back. 3 calls to customer service and I still don’t have an answer

This is for an experienced ladderman.!! HEAVY
It does get you to very high locations without much bounce. The ladder sections will bind up against each other when initially lifting them. It takes a lot of force to get the rung locks out of the bottom position.
