Weight limit
Although this would be the latter to buy if you are a home owner.I just want you to understand that.There is only a 250 pound rating...I'm 5'10 200lbs built...what happens when I have to carry materials to my roof??...if you're wanting a sturdy/safe ladder, and your taller than 5 feet i suggest you get the industrial grade rated at 300lbs. Keep in mind @250lb rating this thing will be wabbly,and bouncy if you weigh at least 170lbs

Working with Fiberglass
I used the ladder on a job, it was sturdy and secure at max height but the fiberglass got on my hands and arms. The fiberglass felt like needles in my skin. Similar to working with fiberglass insulation. For that experience I would not recommend using.
