Delivery Experience

Lowe's messed up the shipping process. Took over a month to receive. Delayed twice, and after the second time the item disappeared into the system, being "in transit" somewhere. After 3 Chats and 2 phone calls, was told it was at the store. Store couldn't find it other than still "in transit". 3rd call the charm (?), Lowe's did have it, but at their Distribution Center, no idea when it would show at the store. Only update was when it finally arrived for store pick-up. Whew!

Arrived Smashed to Pieces

Waited 33 days for this item to be delivered. I put my project on hold because I wanted a sturdy well built ladder to work in my shop. I was so happy when the ladder finally arrived at my local Lowes store and when I went to pick it up I noticed that the top had been scraped badly on what looked like concrete. Upon further inspection I found that one of the legs of the Ladder had been completely smashed and the fiberglass was destroyed for about a 12 inch section just above what would be the mid...

It's fiberglass, Wear gloves

I've had this ladder for about 7 years now. Still very sturdy, no rust and I keep it outside. The paint is starting to fade but overall a great sturdy long lasting ladder. Only complaint I have is that the fiberglass is starting to chip off and when you grab it with you bare hands or rub with your arms the fiberglass stays with you for a good while. It itches and burns. Make sure you use gloves and long steeve shirt once your ladder gets older.

Great ladder at a good price. Picked up at Hillsboro, Ohio Lowes. The girls at customer pickup done a great job.
