Great for indoor out door use. I bought it to replace my broken 2ft step ladder.
Product never delivered
Lowe’s charged me 70$ for this ladder and then delivered it to the wrong address. They will not refund me and it’s now been a month. I have no idea where their delivery driver delivered the ladder. Terrible customer service.

Lowes charged me for 2 of these ladders. I was told it will take awhile to fix the problem. Otherwise...the ladder is good
