I bought this on sale to work on my tall pick up truck. As it is zip tied closed you cannot test it in the store. I own a few Werner ladders with the same weight rating which I feel confident on even being only 20 lbs under. Not this one. I opened it up in the garage when I arrived home and stepped two steps up. Seems sturdy, not too heavy to carry around. Definitely gets me high up to where I can touch the ceiling easily on the second step, leaving the third step for holding tools. Good purchase and I definitely feel secure when I use it. So that is definitely a plus. I would recommend it. It folds nicely and you can stand it up behind a door with ease. You have to carry it a certain way to prevent it from falling open though.
