Weber should be more 'SMART' not misLEADing.

I bought this grill (GENESIS SX-325S SMART GAS GRILL (NATURAL GAS)} about a month and a half ago. The quality and build is about the same as what I expect from Weber with a few 'gizmo's' to make them more 'young people friendly'. Let me tell you what I’m looking for in a grill….

Let me start by saying I have been an ardent Weber user and fan for 30+ years. That has all changed over the past 4 months. This grill will not stay lit in moderate wind conditions, 10+ mph wind. I have never experienced this problem with a Weber or any grill or smoker for that matter. There is a lovely app to help you build but I opted for the paper booklet which was super easy to follow. Nice But Misses the Mark

Long time Weber customer and have owned nothing but Weber for 60 years. CONS: My new grill doesn't feel as substantial as my old Genesis that I had for over 15 years. The packaging and film placed over exposed parts (hood, sides, doors, etc.) protected the shipment thoroughly. I personally did not assemble the grill but paid someone to do it. SX-325 Smart Gas Grill

My first NICE grill

I have had tons of other brands of grills over my 20+ years of grilling. None have ever really stood out as good... always had hot spots or weird cold spots, wouldn't heat up etc. We grill a LOT, 3-4 times a week so sprung for the Genesis EX-325s (with the tech package) and I will NEVER go back. 1. Excellent burner/ignition system

I’m very pleased with the overall build and design. Especially noteworthy is the burner and ignition system. This grill seems to have better flare up control than my 15 year old Summit. Assembly could be simplified and accomplished quicker if the instructions included text vs illustrations only.

Solid grill, outstanding customer support!

I purchased this grill to replace my old gas Weber grill (which was still working great but showing its age). This grill came with very detailed step by step instructions (when using the Built app); it does take some time to assemble so bring your patience. Consistent Weber Quality - Delivery a challenge

The final product is a good grill. The delivery logistics company provided some challenges because I apparently live "on the edge of their delivery zone". It took 4 phone calls to get the grill scheduled for delivery. When it arrived I had to remove the 250+ lb. box on a pallet myself because the (nice) delivery guy was 75 years old.
