GREAT ADDITION TO SMOKING A LOT OF MEAT
I recently smoked six racks of ribs on an Oklahoma Joe offset smoker. This rack enabled me to cook all six at the same time with great results.

Keep chicken parts from burning.
I use the rack to grill chicken parts, like legs, thighs, and breasts to keep them off of the flames that flare-up. The rack works great! I was worried that it wouldn't fit with the lid closed on my Weber Spirit grill, however it fits fine.
