Glass body helps reduce plastic use and prevents harmful substances from leaching into water
Uses carbon fiber, ion exchange resin, and activated carbon block to reduce chlorine, mercury, taste, odor, copper, cadmium, PFOA, PFOS, sand, sediment, and large particles.
Independently tested to ensure reliable contaminant reduction for cleaner, better-tasting water.
Certified against NSF 42 for chlorine, taste, and odor reduction; NSF 53 for mercury reduction; and NSF 372 for lead-free materials.

Very easy to pour and refill.
Very easy to pour and refill. Filters the water very quickly. BUT there is one DESIGN FLAW that is very annoying and POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS depending on the situation. The filter itself doesn't create a perfect seal when slotted into the pitcher. There is still a slight gap in the front and back that lets unfiltered water drip down into the filtered water. The gap seems to vary at times; only letting drips fall in at a time or a constant stream. Maybe due to temperature making the material expand...
