I received this product after reading great reviews but also have tried so many other Reverse Osmosis machines and so I wanted to see if I could get the best for a good price since these machines can cost a pretty penny. We love having the water drop
We love having the water drop since we no longer have to lug heavy jugs from the store and it's good for the environment. The size and shape makes it difficult to find just the right spot for it. I would rather have the water holder be on the side instead of in the back of machine. Everytime I want to fill the water I have to pull the machine out from under the kitchen cabinet.
