Locking bar too short
This was to replace an old patio door handle that looked exactly like it. The bar that is used for the locking mechanism was to short. It would not work in a standard thickness patio door. Luckily, I could remove the lock and put it into the new handle to work. Definitely bead an unopened package so this can from the manufacturer that way.
