Don’t Waste Your Money
Purchased this combo set earlier this year and attempted to use it yesterday. The motor unit didn’t provide enough energy for the grass shear blade to cut through dead ornamental grass. The included hedge trimmer attachment was also useless for the application. At this price point plus the money sunk into two batteries, it’s an incredibly incapable hand tool. Strongly advise choosing a mainstream brand, e.g., Makita.

Excessive vibration
Straight out of the box this 8" trimmer vibrated excessively. It didn't do a bad job cutting leaves on my decorative plant, (with less than 1/8" stems), but I can't do precise trimming due to the up and down vibration. l am very disappointed with this tool because it was so light and well balanced.

Battery hedge clipper
I liked the fact that I could buy the tool without having to buy the battery. I have the weed whip that uses the same battery. Lowe’s was the only store that I could buy just the tool. Thanks!
