The best thing is it’s easy to apply.
I painted a brick foundation with a brush. The paint is not thin enough to drip so that is not a problem and it worked great. Naturally, the first coat takes longer since it’s brick and mortar but the second coat was much faster. The thickness of this paint makes it easier to apply and looks wonderful and I am very pleased.

Great for EIFS stucco
My stucco on my ICF house had cracks and leaking water into wall. Caulked the big cracks, and this product sealed the Master Wall stucco tight as a drum. Ten years later a small crack opened up, but again just sealed the crack with Quad Max caulk and touched up with the leftover Valspar and good as new.
