What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the shower panel for its stunning, sleek design and excellent build quality. Most highlight the beautiful modern aesthetic, powerful water jets, and satisfying performance once factory restrictors are removed. Many appreciate the ease of installation and intuitive controls, with several completing setup themselves. Reviewers consistently describe the materials as top-notch and well-constructed, often comparing it to luxury fixtures. A few note initial low water pressure resolved by removing restrictors, and some find body jets underwhelming. Overall, customers consider it an exceptional upgrade that exceeds expectations.

Buyer BEWARE Vigo Will NOT WARRANTY

Would Not Recommend

After 26 months of very limited use (this unit is located in a spare bathroom of our home that is typically used one time every 2 to 3 months. I looked at many shower panels before deciding on this one, the build quality is great (others used thinner sheet metal and felt bit flimsy). The hand held shower is metal compared to majority that I saw which had plastic hand held shower. Installation was simple/easy. The water pressure was lower for my liking, and I reached out to Vigo (manufacturer) and they right away sent me a water restrictor of 2.8 gallon/min (Original was ...
