Bad Customer Service/Received Used Item
Product looks sturdy, however, item arrived in a brown box, items taped with plastic, wheels were dirty with nicks. The vendor didn’t offer replacement wheels, only $10. I’m returning item for full refund (over $100) due to lack of good customer service.
