Utilitech 6-volt 1000 -Lumens Battery Ceiling-mounted Work Light

Great for Closets

It worked as stated on the box

Cordless light fixture

This is a motion battery powered light. We used it in our shed since we don't have electric there. Comes with a remote control that is very easy use. Lights up area very well.

Very bright and super easy to install!

I’m very pleased with this light. I was able to mount it underneath my cabinets in my kitchen. It’s the perfect light for the counter nook where we sit down to write letters and also fix lunches. The remote has many functions for brightness, as well as color temperature. It takes 4 D-cell batteries. It seems to be very energy efficientand so far I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks and it has not shown any signs of the batteries dying yet. Installation was super simple. Nice bright light with dimmer and color change.

The light is bright on daylight setting. I actually used the light like a work lite on one project. It’s great to mount in a closet too, when I open the closet door the sensor turns the light on for me. It’s bright enough to light a small room as far as mounting goes. Easy! I wish it had a clamp mount bracket as well for more portable jobs. I believe it would be great to use in automotive repair as well. Great product just don’t like changing batteries.

Awesome light

Great light. I really like the motion sensor. It works great and it has adjustability on the sensor so you can determine how you want that set. It’s very bright and lights up my whole yard.

Good little light

Overall I like it. Easy mounting though I didn't do that since I'm using on a construction site. I do wish it had rechargable batteries or a built in charge so you could add your own though I suspect that would affect the brightness. Not sure how long the batteries last so an attic or shed is probably the ideal use case there is no noticeable flicker at any brightness. If you care about that

Great light

We are using this light on our front porch. It’s perfect for our space. The light can be dimmed or brightened. It has both a soft light button or warm light on the remote. It was easy to put up and is working great. Can’t wait to use it this summer!

Need to figure it out first

Not sure I am using the product correctly. Read the instructions and am trying to use it as a motion light for when I enter my garage. It works sometimes and other times it does not. As of now I would not buy this. It has a decent amount of light output when working and you can adjust the brightness and color temp. Also you can adjust the angle of the light petals. Cool concept. Not sure i am doing this one justice.

Very good light

Pretty simple installation. The lights are a lot brighter than expected, which is great. The remote makes very convenient when trying to relax and wanting to keep getting up and down.

Nice Led work light for any location

The 6v 1000 lumen battery operated(4 D cell batteries) work light is great for locations that don’t have an electrical connection nearby and is motion activated to preserve battery life. I like the remote control function to be able to turn on and adjust the light color from the ground which is a great feature. The light output is sufficient for most uses and is quick and easy to mount. Very happy with the overall performance and easy setup.
