Pump worked extremely well for emptying out 55gallon drums. I will note that on the inlet side, I would recommend using a thicker gage garden hose (if you are using the included garden hose adapters) as it does pull a lot of suction and weaker hoses tend to pull in on themselves reducing flow.

Died after 10 hours

Would Not Recommend

Bought this pump a year ago and went to use it for the very first time this week. Worked good for about 10 hours then just stopped. I brought it back to life with some hammer tapping on the case, once before it seized.. Not happy at all as I'm sure Lowe's won't exchange it now.

Started Leaking within 20 Minutes

Would Not Recommend

Hooked it up, primed easily and pumps fast. After about 20 minutes or less water started slinging out from the seal. Have to limit suction to the point of cavitation to get leak to stop and by then it pumps very slowly.
