Product obviously returned; evidence of paint on reverse side. Purchased 3 pieces; the returned item did not have the same routing as the other two. Didn’t notice until tried to hang and the pieces didn’t match.

Not the quality of real wood
Preprimed, seems to take paint well. Worked in a pinch to finish project, but still prefer real wood for quality. Only choice @ Lowes the day I was shopping.
