Dependable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Flex with the lawnmower attachment three years ago. The self propelled option is what sold it in my mind. I use it an hour a week from April thru October. Starts first pull everytime. Sad to say I have not had it serviced it yet. A dependable product even if the owner is not!

FLEX Love....

Some things about this machine really suck.

I am constantly bending or beating the thing to get the wheels to roll straight. Also, the tires on my base would go flat after each miw until I filled them with fix-a-flat. Also, not overwhelmed with the cut I get with this, even with brand new blades. After these experiences. I passed on getti g any of the attachments. Flex is a cool idea, but overall, ...

Versatile

Only worked for nine months.

I purchased in october and used for several months this year, but just started leaking, the pipes underneath had burst. Manufacturer said would be $400 to fix not covered under Waranty. I would stay away.

Useless

Worst purchase ever! Engine stop engaging with the mower after 6 times mowing my lawn. The unit was still under warranty but beyond the timeline for the return to Lowe's. Ive been without a lawnmower for 4 weeks due to Troy-Bilt lack of customer service. dealing with Troy-Bilt it's been a major headache. Worst customer service company ever dealt with. Great product!

Super easy to use and great overall product. I have the mower and aerator attachments and I could not be happier with the performance of the base and attachments. I'm looking forward to adding the snowblower and pressure washer in the future.
