Decent product but install was a fun one

Decent product, took a while to install due to hardware being loose in bottom of box, had to dig it out and organize it while hoping nothing was missing

Not Recommended

Clogs easy as the chute is narrow, package came with all screws and such loose and some were missing. Assembly instructions were terrible as well.

Use Toro site

Using Lowes website to find a bagger kit for my Toro led me to PN 79501. Kit arrived and the front weight brackets are incorrect. I researched on Toro site and found correct bagger kit (PN 79412), so I may be returning this $900 kit and try to order directly from Toro. Also, bag of hardware was torn open in the box. Loose hardware was everywhere. Parts were not individually wrapped although several plastic bags were in the box. Almost appears this kit was returned and sold again.

Missing Parts and One Part was Bent

I was missing hardware when the box arrived. The box looked like it was in good condition upon arrival. The hardware that I did receive was dropped into the box and was not packaged up at all. The Plate Latch part that connects the chute to the mower deck is flimsy and was bent to the point that it does not connect to the mower deck securely. I really am so far not impressed with this bagger. I have not used it yet since I am missing parts. I have sent an email to Toro Customer Care and have not...

Very dissatisfied with this purchase

I bought a Toro Timecutter Max 54" and while I am very happy with the mower (good buy - definitely recommend), this bagger kit is cheap and poorly made. After using the bagger only twice, one of the bags on the collection system has failed. The stitching ripped at two of the plastic clips that are made to attach the bag to the metal frame that attaches the bag to the mower. In addition, the mechanism that holds the grass collection chute to the mower deck is very "janky". I would definitely ...

Missing parts

I didn't want to believe the reviews, so I ordered it. Missing bolts, nuts, hair pins, and more. Couldn't even complete the first assembly step. Hardware was thrown in the box with the parts, so it was strewn about. All the metal parts are scratched up down to the metal. Garbage. Returning it.

Missing parts and no help from Lowe's or Toro...

Received the bagger and upon installation I realized that there were 2 right handed weight mounts instead of 1 right and 1 left. I contacted Lowe's who told me to contact Toro who told me to contact Lowe's which I did for a second time only to be told they could not help me. Disappointed...

Missing parts

missing bolts, 2 suitcase weight, locknuts, flange bolt, forming screw, washers, clevis, hairpin, rod clevis, etc. ..., every small parts, I send email and have not returns and also contact toro customer service by phone, the attendant say cannot help me, because I bought bagger in store, and not direct with company. I just wanted assembly the bagger and not return it, because wait 2 weekend to arrive, feel disappointed ...
