Great product, poor assembly by Lowe's or whoever.
I bought this Toro mower after my Yellow in color zero turn stopped running for the last time. This mower has been great. the only negative I have, I discovered it was missing parts after I had it for several months. I called Toro, who sent me the parts, but that shouldn't have happened.
Shipping Nightmare!
I purchased this product and scheduled shipping over a week later to ensure a date when I would be home, as the window is from 8 AM until 8 PM. The night before, I received a confirmation that the new 4 hour window was from 9 AM until 1 PM. After the mower didn't arrive, I reached out the Lowe's for them to inform me that the new window was between the time that I called and 8 PM (so I went from a narrowed 4 hour window to a new 7 hour window). By 7:30 at night, I still didn't receive a call fro...
New property, new mower!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New mower, had a small issue, oil leak. The oil drain plug/valve was installed pinpointed 180’ from the correct spot. Took it in for serv, under warranty, got it replaced. No more leak. Other than that, the mower runs and operates great. No complaints.

Big
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the Toro Timecutter Black Max 54". It has replaced my old Toro Timecutter I bought in 2011. My old one had 1700 hours and still was running strong. The only problems I ever had with it was change out a solenoid and replace a deck belt. Not to bad for 14 years. I hope this new one will last as long as my old one. I put my trust in Toro Timecutters.
