Great mower

Would Recommend

After cutting the lawn five times with my new mower, I just love it! Had a great experience with the delivery. Very friendly and helpful. Put the mower right in the garage and asked if I had any questions.

Not happy (x2) on our delivery

Would Not Recommend

Two times I ordered this and two times I had to send it back before I even got to make our first cut. The first time it wouldn’t start (bad battery we guess). I sent it back and asked for a replacement. Second time I had it delivered, it was hard to start, I charged the battery, then decided not to start at all, and while looking closer deep down… bolts and parts where rusted including the blades. So, they picked it up. I’m not trying a third time.

Mower seems ok. Lowes sucks on the other hand

Not really Toro’s fault. The 1 star is with Lowe’s. Bought the mower. Took a week to deliver assembled. It was delivered and the engine wouldn’t crank (not make a noise). I called Lowe’s. After dealing with an AI messaging assistant that would not let me talk with a human for about 15 mins, I got a human. The AI that was unable to assist in anyway was more helpful than the person. Finally, they schedule a pickup. That took 3 days. They said they would replace with a new working mower. I asked th...

Glad I bought this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Toro 22” rear wheel drive push mower and after using the 42” zero turn, this 70 year old is very pleased. Not only can I mow in half the time, the zero turn is so smooth and comfortable to use. I bought the mulching blades and kit and will install this weekend.

Wrong mower delivered

Would Not Recommend

I ordered a 22 hp mower and they delivered a 15.5 hp. They had pasted my delivery details over the engine tag so my friend that accepted it didn’t notice it was incorrect Not only was the wrong mower delivered all the tires were flat!!! When I spoke with customer service they were very nonchalant about the situation!! Frustrating to say the least!!!!!!!!!!

Awful Experience - Toro 42 inch 22 HP V Twin

Would Not Recommend

I bought the 42 inch 22 HP V Twin Toro from Lowe’s in Boiling Springs to be delivered Sept 17th. They delivered the wrong model (42 inch, 15.5 HP) model. I called sutomwr service and they scheduled a pickup and delivery of the right model on Sept 21st. On the 21st, they came to pick up the wrong model but didn’t have my correct model. The delivery driver informed me that I would need to call customer service as he had no record of a delivery, only a pick up. When asked why I was returning the mo...
