Lowe's Delivers On-time
Lowe's provided delivery updates beginning the day before the scheduled delivery day. They provided a 4-hour window the night before then kept me up to date with texts describing my position on the delivery driver's route. I also got a phone call about 10 mins before they arrived. Your delivery man was careful, quick, and professional, placing it in the exact spot I requested. Overall, a very positive experience -- can't imagine how it could have gone more smoothly.

The worst Toro ever
I got this last year and didn't use it much, so now my putting it away for the summer, and What a design horror this thing is. First is the gas tank, it is rectangular with the gas cap in the middle. So how do you drain the gas???????? The fuel line is short and it is in the SIDE of the tank so you can't drain it nor can the engine run the tank dry. You can't tip it either since the fill is in the middle. You have to siphon it out, but you still cant get it all out. Then this thing doesn'...

Extremely poor instructions
The add oil C drawing shows a large bottle of oil with a smaller bottle below it. Nowhere does it mention how many ounces of oil is needed. Need a part? Find your schematic online & click on the number. All you get is a number without a description.You must go to Chrome, enter the number with a space, and enter Toro to get a photo of the part and description. Toro responded quickly once you phone in the part number.Once you master the pictographs, you can read Egyptian hieroglyphics. I would giv...
