Missing chrome color tube caps
The chair overall seems good. The chairs are new and unused yet, other than a quick sit down to try them out when we got home from lowes. The issue is missing tube caps to dress up (likely for safety as well) the cut ends of the tubing in the front. Will update review after contacting customer service for replacement caps.

taller chair
The chair is taller so i dont have to roll out if it out onto the ground and then stand up from the ground. Very comfortable. Do not leave out in the weather all year long tho as i did, cloth material breaks down and tore seat and carrying strap right off. Wouldve given 5 if that hadnt happened.
