Easy to use
We just bought the Thor model built in microwave speed oven, specs say it has a standard 3 prong plug but it is not. It is a 3 prong plug designed for 20 amps

Love the drop down door
I was so happy to find this microwave convection oven with a drop down door. I was having trouble finding one that wouldn't bang the wall when opened. I've only had it a few days but it is awesome. Very powerful and attractive. Happy that it is the right size to fit in my space.

Amazing Convection Microwave!!!
I bought this in June and it has been amazing! It’s so quiet but powerful! Heats up food very quickly. Even microwaving pizza turned out amazing! I would recommend this convection microwave to anyone.

Don't buy and the warranty is a joke.
Stopped working after 6 months. Bought it and got delivered 7 Aug 2024. Have been dealing with the company about a warranty claim since 24 March 2025. They sent out a technican and had to order a part. The part has been on backorder but no resolution, our phone calls to the company get disconnected consistently, and the emails go unanswered or repeat the same thing from previous emails. Beware Manufacturing Defects
Thor and Lowes knowingly sold a defective product. The display stopped working after the first use, and both retailers were being very difficult about making it right. They later admitted they have been having issues so it was shocking they were trying to act like this was our fault somehow. This product was rushed onto the market. Reconsider.
