Such a hassle

Would Not Recommend

I never got to use the product because the battery was bad and wouldn’t charge. Then I couldn’t just return the battery, even though it came in its own separate box. I had to return the entire drill and charger and battery. Then Lowe’s couldn’t order me a replacement. I have to order another one myself.

More than your average DIY

Would Recommend

I’ve had my impact since shortly after its release. It has worked like a champ. First test was metal roofing and she did very well. Maybe not quite as much power as my husband’s M12 Fuel but not enough to be an issue for me.
