Faulty sensor

The sensor wires broke and there isn’t a replacement for it and Lowe’s did not help at all. So I have a very expensive yard decoration that doesn’t work. Do not buy from this company and get your decorations elsewhere.

Disaster

Easy to set up but missing parts and broken parts.

Went to put it up a couple of days ago, and it is missing the power cord, and then found out later that the sensor wire is also broken / cut and will not work. Called and said my only option is to return it as they don't have any extra parts. I really wanted it and want it to work, but they don't have any parts to replace it. If everything was here and I was able to put it together, and have it work properly, I would give it 5 stars as it looks really cool.

Lasted less than 1 month

I loved this! It was so awesome, for 3 weeks. Then, the jaw stopped working, and then no sound. I’m so disappointed. I have reached out to support twice via email and no response. I’m still in the return window but wanted to make it work but the lack of support from the company is terrible.

It’s so big

It’s huge but easy to assemble. I wish it said a few different phrases but it only has one.

Stopped working properly after a few weeks up

The head works but you can hear the gears grinding and can’t hear what it’s saying over it. Sounds horrible. Only had it up a few weeks when it stopped working properly and Lowe’s won’t help with getting new parts or replacement. Not likely to buy animatronics from them anymore.

1 year use only

Just like other reviews guy is awesome looking but not durable whatsoever. Cheaply made, my sensor went out within 2 weeks, the jaw stopped working, the frame itself starts bending after it’s been out for a bit. Called the customer service line and they said there’s nothing we can do no replacement parts no email no phone number like absolutely nothing. $150- $250 I guess but $500?!?! If you’re looking for a 1 time use item and have the money to spare do it!
