Tapcon Pro Installation Kit

The driver bit stripped the second time I used it.

Worth the money

I kept tearing up bits and screw heads using a different brand screw and hardened bits. The kit makes it super-simple to switch between driver and drill bits and had my shelf installed (8 screws) in half an hour, with no broken driver bits.

Great tool for the job

This Tapcon set is the bomb! Makes a hard job of masonry drilling and tapping much easier. Pricey but worth the $.

Homeowner use for this tool

I bought this aa a replacement for a set I purchased 12 years ago. The old set had PLASTIC retainer clips for the quick release sockets. They failed about a year ago. I searched the net but could no find replacement clips. This is part of my hurricane kit that must be ready to work and not be falling apart when you're trying to set achors. The new tool has metal clips. We'll see.

Great and Easy

This accessory was great and made the installation of tapcon screws so much easier and faster.

Where has this been all my life?

This little kit makes installing Tapcon screws so easy!! The instructions are easy to follow, and it really simplifies everything.

Not worth the money.

The hex driver bits for hex head anchor bolts included in this kit have a sleeve that prevents the tool from driving the anchor bolt all the way down. This tool is useless for driving hex head screws.
