Nice design, shoddy execution, shipping damage

Would Recommend

I love the design, but several panels were bent on arrival, all of the screws and fasteners were rusty, and the worst part was that one of the locks was totally defective, requiring me to get a locksmith involved. Great design, shoddy execution.

Disappointing Quality and Poor Parts

Would Not Recommend

I ordered multiple TOUGHBUILT garage cabinets (2 each of Item #5105937 and #5105935) and had issues with every single one. Cabinet 1: Came with two of the same side drawer components (“R” and “S” were both the same), so I can’t finish building the drawer. I need a correct “S” component. Cabinet 2: The bottom drawer front (“T”) arrived badly bent and unusable. The right-side drawer slides were also bent and needed reshaping. Several shelving panels were bent and had to be straightened just to a...
