Replaced two15 year old American Standard power flush units because the bowl were stained, hard to clean under rim. Did a lot of searching, research and reading of reviews. The Toto units have a great strong flush, easy to clean surface, no hidden or out of sight or reach, places in toilet bowl to clean. Toto makes the best "watersense" toilets on the market and you don't have to spend a lot to get one. We replaced two of our bathroom toilets with this model and C100 washlet seats. They flush with 1.28 gallons of water making them efficient and in my area, I get a rebate from the water company for installing them. We had these toliets in our old house. We moved to a different house that did not have the toto toliets. First thing I wanted after a week in the house was these toliets. Had them installed today and am happy once again!

The ordering process was easy. There was no indication prior to check out that the item would not be ready that day for curbside pick up but I got an email later saying it would be ready the next week. What?? We purchased another brand of toilet for our new house. 3 of them all from Lowe’s. After about two days we realized we had to have something different. Excellent Toilet, but needs 11.75+ inch rough-in

This is a 12 inch rough-in toilet, but most builders install the toilet flange at 11.5 inches from the back wall so the tank is no more than 1/2 inch from the wall. Most 12" rough-in toilets are fine with 11.5 inches actual rough-in. However, the Drake II I got from Lowes really needs at least 11.75 inches, so be aware of this. We been using this toilet for the last week and it has exceeded our expectations. Even though it is a low water use toilet, the flush system is very forceful and effective. No regrets on this purchase.
