Tekton 3/4 inch drive impact reducers allow you to expand your range. A reducer can help compensate for lost or broken sockets, fill in gaps for incomplete size ranges, and expand the range of your socket system. The reducer has a spring-loaded ball detent that lightly secures the socket by engaging its through hole. This reducer works with through-hole, friction ring, and detent pin anvils. The ring groove supports use with retaining rings, the smooth walls support use with friction rings, and the through hole supports use with retaining pins. All of our 3/4 inch drive sockets, extensions, adapters, and reducers are made out of 4140 steel and have a corrosion-resistant manganese phosphate coating.
